Pilates with Janee (Certified Pilates Teacher & Owner of Talulah Bee Pilates) will include a series of exercises focused on building deep core strength through the use of controlled movement and breath. This class is suitable for all levels. 

Crystal Bowl Meditation

A sound bath is a healing ritual using instruments from around the world. The sound waves released by the bowls induce a feeling of deep relaxation and healing. Come sit, lay and relax with  our instructor Jeanne and simply let the vibrations wash over and through you.   It’s a support to any practice and requires no experience nor mental engagement.
