Code of Conduct: Our code of conduct is intended to maintain a safe, inclusive and caring environment for everyone at Acupuncture & Herbs on 6A. Please practice good humanity with respectful communication and behavior.

Code of Conduct Violations: Words or actions that are disrespectful, racist, discriminatory, hostile or harassing are not welcome.  If you are a patient and violate this code, you may be discharged.  If you are a patient, family member, employee, customer or client and witness or are the target of any of these actions, please tell your concerns to a member of the AHon6A Team. Thank you.

 

Late Cancellation/ No Show:

Your appointment slot is especially reserved for you. A late cancellation or missed visit creates a gap in the practitioner’s schedule that could have been used by another patient. Therefore, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Patients who give less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will incur a cancellation fee charged to the card on file and NOT to the insurance carrier (when applicable). Our telephone number has 24-hour coverage, so Monday appointments may be cancelled over the weekend.

 

NOTE: Charges for missed appointments must be paid prior to rescheduling another appointment.
